Arbitration and Mediation services

Mr. Agunsday has a distinguished career as a trial attorney, handling a variety of litigated matters over the last 16 years.  His expertise distinguishes him from other neutral arbitrators and mediators in that his time spent litigating was split between handling defense matters on behalf of insurance companies and representing plaintiff's in injury litigation.  Having handled matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Agunsday distinguishes himself as someone who can credibly arbitrate or mediate a matter as a neutral arbitrator or mediator.
